Caution certain woodcarvings from the Exotic collection are heavy. The client will need to pay the return carriage. In the unlikely event the product should arrive damaged please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We need photographic evidence of the damage in order to make a claim against the Post Office or our Couriers.
